Louis M. Brown (64) |

On May 18, 2006, Louis Brown's role with Precision
Auto Care, Inc. changed, where he now assumes the role
of Chairman of the Board. In August 2000, Brown was
named President and CEO of PACI. Recognized as one of
Washington's most successful high-tech entrepreneurs,
Brown also serves as President and CEO of IDEAS, Inc.,
which he founded in 1970 to develop, implement and support
complex information and telecommunications systems.
Over the past 33 years, IDEAS has founded and incubated
numerous companies including MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:
MCRS), Autometric, Inc. (now part of Boeing Corporation),
Strata Group, Inc., and FiberGate, Inc. Today IDEAS
and all of its present and former subsidiaries and affiliates
employ over 3,000 employees and will have sales in excess
of $600 million. Brown earned a BS in Electrical Engineering
from The Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD) in
1966.

Robert R. Falconi (53) |

Robert Falconi was promoted on May 18, 2006 to CEO
of Precision Auto Care, Inc. Falconi joined PACI in
September, 2000, as Chief Financial Officer. In March
2002, he was named Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer. The former CFO of Intellisys Technology
Corp. also served as CFO/Vice President of Finance &
Administration for several government contracting firms
in the Washington, DC area. Falconi holds several professional
designations and earned an MBA from George Mason University
(Fairfax, VA), after his BBA from the University of
Texas (Austin).

Chief Financial Officer
Mark P. Francis (41) |

May 18, 2006 also marks a promotion for
Mark Francis to Chief Financial Officer for Precision
Auto Care, Inc. Francis started with the company in
2004 as Controller. Former Manager of Treasury Operations
at REHAU Incorporated and prior to that Controller for
the Washington Redskins, his experience in accounting
speaks for itself. A graduate of the Joseph M. Katz
Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh,
in 1995, Francis holds his Masters in Business Administration.
His undergraduate degree was obtained from Indiana University
of Pennsylvania.

Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Frederick F. Simmons (45) |
|
Simmons
serves as PACI's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Before being named to his current position in March 2001,
he was Assistant General Counsel of Advantica Restaurant
Group, Inc. (parent company to the Denny's franchise chain)
for more than five years. Simmons also has taught legal
classes at the University of Maryland -- University College,
and earned a BS in Economics at the University of Kansas
(Lawrence) and law degree at Syracuse University (Syracuse,
NY).

Vice President, Operational Programs & Development
John T. Wiegand (45) |

With more than 14 years experience with
the Precision Tune Auto Care system, Wiegand became
Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations in August
2000. Wiegand joined We JAC Corp. as Director of Field
Operations in 1996, prior to which he served as Director
of Sales and Product Management for Precision Automotive
Components (PAC), a manufacturing and distribution division
of the company. Wiegand is a member of MAP, the Motorist
Assurance Program, and earned a BBA in Management from
Northeastern University (Boston).

Kevin Bates (45) |
|
Senior Vice President of Marketing and
Advertising with 15 years of franchise marketing experience,
Bates joined Precision Tune Auto Care in 1994 as a regional
marketing director. Prior to that, he was Marketing
Director for Nutri/System Diet Centers in Washington,
DC and Marketing Manager for Domino's Pizza in Atlanta,
GA. Bates is a graduate of Florida State University
(Tallahassee), where he earned a BS in Marketing.

Glyn D. Massingill (61) |

Massingill's Precision career began in
1986, as Regional Field Operations Director. From September
1990 through December 1999, he served as Vice President
and General Manager for Precision Automotive Components
(PAC), a manufacturing and distribution division. Massingill
has been serving as Vice President of Franchise Services
for PACI since January 2000. He earned a BBA in Management
from Southwest Texas University. |

Vice President, Training/Research &
Development
Joel Burrows (50) |
|
Burrows, also known as the "Car
Doctor", has 18+ years with PACI and holds the
position of Vice President of Training/Research and
Development. With a number of automotive professional
memberships and industry associations (MAP, ASE, AAA,
SAE to name a few), Burrows also holds a U.S. patent
for Induction System Cleaning Process, as well as authorship
of proprietary technical and marketing materials. Burrows
educational background includes an interesting mix of
music and things mechanical, as he earned a Masters
in Music from the University of Miami, in addition to
factory training with GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Bosch. |
